This serves as an agreement with Sovereign University for instructional and supplemental education services lawfully and properly performed, at the times specified herein, according to this contract, pursuant to the agreed-upon payment schedule.
Sovereign University agrees to:
1. Conduct or coordinate daily educational programming between the hours of 9 am-2:30 pm, in-person and via virtual delivery.
2. Adhere to the established schedule of events provided in the Sovereign University syllabus.
3. Provide individual and group learning experiences designed to meet the established grade-level-specific learning objectives outlined in the Sovereign University syllabus. This contract does not serve as any guarantee that the above-mentioned student(s) will meet every and all learning objectives, but that sufficient instruction, experiences, and advising will be provided to support all learning objectives being met.
4. Provide students and parents with weekly feedback and options for assessment.
5. Record attendance, prepare transcripts, and complete other tasks in accordance with Missouri Homeschool Laws. Instructional and supplemental education services are to begin on August 25, 2025, and conclude on May 22, 2026. Both parties agree that there is no contractual obligation to the other after the end date of this 36-week session and that a new contract will be prepared for all subsequent sessions. Participants may cancel their subscriptions at any time. Full-year academic transcripts and clock hours will only be provided to participants that complete the full 9 months.
